We have no paper of plot in village of UP, India. My late father gave it equally between 3 sons? Now one brother has not good intention & stopping construction on my plot by knowing that I cant do anything and don't live in village.
Another brother will not come in between for help. He has his written paper on stamp those are not legal but still he feel safe. I have nothing but attached house paper which we also got from our late father.
Any legal option or advise?
