Hi

Society asking me to pay two flat maintenance so what should I do ? Do I need to pay maintenance for one or two?

You should go with the completion certificate.

1. IF building sanctioned Plans show two different Flats, THEN irrespective of any criteria (whatsoever) said two flats are liable for two property taxes, two society bills, two society share certificates .... without any exceptions.

Hi

thank you so much Mr Hemant Agarwal for your reply.

If Builder given written in sales deed of second flat that both flat are merging and can use as one unit.

is it helpful to pay me one maintenance instead of two?
