I have a question does a person charged under 493A considered a person having a criminal record by companies for the purpose of background verification check. As the cases are in court and not yet decided does these being considered as bad record and can services/employment be impacted.

no man, now a days, this law is grossly misused and most of HR professionals are already aware of this. so no need to worry and disclose this fact and face it with guts.
