Child custody case won---- and childrens are with father and all responsibilities of children handled by father.------wife filed interim maintenace and demanding huge maintenance---- Now the children has become attained major age boy 16 and girl 18.----under these circumstances can my major girl file a petition as eye witness on the happenings and inform the court that wife left the matrimonial home on her own and simply torturing me on maintenance cases.
