my wife has filed 498 and dv and In both we have stay orders from high court for lower court proceedings
now in 125 case referred to mediation and she wanted to come back
if I ask her in mediation to withdraw both the case on herself
can she go to Honourable high court and get it withdrawn
next I surely know she will not go
but can I get same in writing in mediation that she want to come back and will withdraw case
later if she dont withdraw
can it help in my 498 and dv quashing and help in divorce
You should made a settlement document or compromise deed, put the desiered terms and conditions and present before High COurt with prayer to dismiss the cases
