Attemp to take possession forcefully before appointment of l

We are in possession of the property. A builder who buys disputed property without possession might attempt to trespass the property before appointment of local commissioner. My query is 

1. If builder try to attempt trespass will that goes against him and we will get injunction?

2. What precautions I can take before the visit of lc apparat from installing CCTV and intimating local police?
