The Doctrine of estoppel does not apply to statutes but only to the facts. If the fact stated by Mr.A (regarding his property) in his petition are incorrect and are denied by the respondents Mr.B and Mr.C in their reply in court, then in such situation can one Mr.D still use the words stated by Mr.A in his petition and file another case to get necessary relief (for share in the property)?

The doctrine of estoppel depends on facts, circumstances, and relationships between the parties in a specific case. It is a complicated one to understand and please search in google to find out the latest articles and Apex court Judgments and to whom and when it is applicable as per statute.
