Hdfc personal loan not disbursed ully

actual loan amount taken – 788050, but in netbanking portal showing as 850000 loan amount sanctioned, So balance 61950 I didn’t received, Inspite of having multiple followups, no one is responding to me. Struggling from last 4 months, Need someone who can assist me to file a fraud case against management of HDFC. They spoil my personal and official time and they play with my inner feelings

Hello,

Sanctioning and disbursal of loan is the discretion of bank / financial institution. You may have a case against the bank if they showed disbursal and did not pay you actually. Otherwise, you cannot take any action against the bank.

Hi,

Do you have the loan agreement given by the bank at the time of loan disbursement. Also along with it they will give the statement of how much you need to pay every month along with tenure. seeing that you will get clarity. If any more assistance requred, feel fry to get in touch. Without doing proper check a case cant be initiated.
