I filed OA seeking Hon'ble CAT direction to grant GPF cum Pension scheme in 2016. The case is still pending for admission. In 2020 Dept of PW gave fresh instructions regarding consideration of certain category of people for pension. I made a fresh representation to our organisation citing above order in Feb 2020. Till date it is not disposed. I exhausted all opportunities within the organisation. Can I request Hon'ble tribunal to consider latest information and direct respondents to grant pension in OA 2017 itself or do I need to file fresh OA based on latest circumstances.
