What is Cash Bail? Is it the amount which a surety has to deposit with the court for bail of arrested person, or it is something difference.

Search google, you will get the answer before you post these kind of queries. Known as a bail bond or cash bail, an amount of money is posted so that the suspect can be released from pre-trial detention. If the suspect makes all of their required court appearances, this deposit is refunded.
