For the partition of paternal home

Sir we are 3 brothers and 4 sisters my parents both are dead nearly 4-5 year ago. We have a house on the name of father but after him we transferred it by the name of 3 brothers and 2 sisters who are unmarried at that time. My elder brother seprated and make his own home. I am also made my. But my no brother help in marriage of sisters . I have done all the thing. Now as I am residing out of state so I want to sell that home and want 1/5 th equal part money . But my two brothers who living nearby home and middle who is living in that home don't want this . Pls suggest me what can I do so I can sell that home and get my part as the house can not divided. And I also want that untill house not sold no one can live in that. Pls suggest me .
