I was going to office in my huundai i20 car. I stopped my vehicle at a red light signal. A lady driving i10 car banged me from behind. My car got heavily damaged. We went to the police station, filed a report and mutually agreed that i will claim my insurance and any surplus expenses will be paid by the lady. Now my car has been repaired after waiting for 1 month. However the opposite party is refusing to pay me any compensation/surplus expenses.
What to do now in this case ??
