Building possession

Our builder has failed to give possession last year and they still have done nothing under the project in Mohali. I’ve given all of my money to the builder. I’m really confused Regarding bringing action. Indian courts delay a lot and I’m worried if I file a suit under RERA I’ll not get justice in time because then they’ll file an appeal and delay it further. Kindly advice me on what I should do.
