Sale Proceeds of land.

We have an ansistrol agriculture land. My grand father had 5 Childrens (4 Male & 1 Female) He had 12 Grand Childrens.

Out of five children of my grand parents only one uncle & Aunty survived.

Recently we all decided to sell the property, sale proceeds started, but now before the agreement of sale one of my cousin says he will not sign.

In this circumstances, can we proceed to sell the property without that one cousin.

Please suggest me what to do.

Hello, You cannot sell the land without the signature of one cousin. However, you may sell your proportionate share in the land.
