Respected seniors
I am an advocate enrolled in Bar Council of Delhi has applied for transfer of my roll from BCD To MP state Bar council in February 2020 but till date my enrollment not transferred even though MP state bar council has sent N.O.C. to BCI in the month of September. I personally visited to BCI office in November concerned staff told me that your transfer will be done in next 2 week but not done so after 2 week I wrote an email to the Chairman of BCI in this regards now the concerned staff is not picking my phone .
So what can I do now ? Because I am in MP now where I can not do e-filing because of non registration in local CIS data base for which I need to have MP state bar council's enrollment number.
