For getting non agri loan with mortgage of an agri land.

Respected experts.. I have an agriculture land in tamilnadu. In government revenue records, that is EC and A-register, that land mentioned as agriculture land only. the bank refuse to grant non Agri mortgage loan as my land is agri land in revenue records.. But agriculture activitiesis not done by past how many years it will be measured as vacant land.? Thank you.
