Additional Written statement was filed and recorded before issues are framed, but it has been overlooked by advocate and judgement and passed judgement without mentioning the same. After judgement advocate for defendant came to know regarding additional written statement. Can anyone of my colleague can help me in finding judgement related to same.

You may file review petitio u/order 47 rule 1 cpc and bring the notice of court that additional w.s has been overlooked by court and this is apparent error on face of record which directly effects the judgment.
