Special Leave Petition is filed before the Supreme Court of India against the orders of the High COurt. LPA is one filed in the High Court before a Division Bench against the orders of a Single Bench.

Thank your for ur kind reply.

i will be glad if you throw some light on

1) The circumstances, situations LPA filed because i heared that it is the discretion of the court to accept the petition?

2) What exactly SLP is? it is like asking the permission of the court to file the case?

I think SPL is filed before both the H.C / S.C courts, regarding any matter in the interest of public
