This is Vivek I have chawl room of my father located at mumbadevi under pagdi system.
Father passed away twenty year ago.My mom had transfer name on rent receipt without taking my
n.o.c with landlord near about one year.Now the whole building is under repairing and I have got the intimation that room will be sold after repairing.The biggest issue is my mom will won't give a share any kind on my father property.So I am asking doe,s my n.o.c is required at time of sale although rent receipt their on name.Section 420 is applicable after near abou 1-3 years
1. You may file a local Civil Court suit for declaration and Joint-Tenancy rights in your Father's Pagdi-system room, by impleading Mother, Landlord and any other beneficiary legal heir.. No other criminal offences can be legally tenable.
