Service tax

I have received past dated service tax dues notice. My CA has not properly taken care of matter in past while filing my return. What kind of legal action may I initiate against him.

Sir,
as I suggest instead of going for legal case calmly ask details to CA how can now get of it with minimum payment of penalty. once case solve then think of changing CA.

Dear sure I am going to change him, but the question is amt involved is in tune of 9L. Do you still say I shouldn't go for legal recourse?

As I have researched about your matter, this can be a case under Professional Negligence. Please discuss this with your lawyer if you want to file a suit against Chartered Accountant for the damages you suffered.
