1. YES .... PROVIDED the person is willing to be prosecuted for misrepresentation, fraud, practicing without "certificate of practice".

He has completed his law graduation. But now practicing as a chartered accountant. Can he still be called as an advocate?

He has to get himself enrolled as an Adocate in terms of Advocates Act, 1961, otherwise, shall be prosecuted on being caught.

1. There is no legal bar for anybody to call me as "advocate" or whatever, as long as the law graduate does not file a vakaltnama claiming to be a practicing advocate.
