violation of bail condition

sirs,

the court of sessions granted anticipatory bail to an accused on the condition that he shall appear before the concerned magistrate within fifteen days from the date of order and apply for regular bail.

but accused failed to do so.

police took him to their custody.

now accused is telling fifteen days have not lapsed from the date of order.

how to compute the period of fifteen days? any authority or law?

The computation of fifteen days will start running from the date of the order of the AB granted by the Session Court.

JUST ADD 15 TO THE  AB ORDER DATE, THE BEFORE DAY DATE IS LAST DAY TO GET REGULAR BAIL
