M Janna Chahta hu meri wife mjhe divorce dena chahti h bt m nhi..wo court m ja rh h...aur agr contested divorce ho jta h to mujhe alimony deni hgi kya?

Hello,

Alimony dena nahi dena ye divorce case ke upar depend hai. Agar aapki wife working woman hai to aapko alimony nahi deni hogi. Aur bhi bahot sare parameters hain ap local advocate se consult kijiye.
