mytokri offered online best deal for shopping, coupons, promo code in india, they have started Quiz competition on Quiztime application in June, July & Aug month this year.
where i won 75 quiz competition that value is Rs 21780/- and they sent me only 15 reward (Rs 2960/-), pending reward not giving me , i have 30-35 mailed but no reply now,
i have complaint in consumer forum but they says this grievance in not covered , so now what to do for take my all rewards,
As per the amendment to Consumer Protection Act online competitions are also covered. The complaint must not have been drafted properly by you. redrat your complaint and resubmit it.
