Hello Sir,
I purchased resale property 10 years back. Now, while taking loan on that property banker found, there is wrong floor number written on first index2. On new index2 all information is written correctly.
kindly guide me what should i do?
1-> Society is not formed
2-> Builder is expired
3-> 1st owner is out of india.
Also kindly let me know the total fees.
