You may first report to the police, if police cannot take any action so you can make a complaint to the session court or to the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) department of your region ALSO MENTION THE NAME OF THE PERSON AND RIGHT ADDRESS OF THE PROPERTY WHERE THE GANJA I PLANTS ARE GROWN. The authority which issue a order for its destruction is either the session court or the NCB.

You have to complain before the District Forest Officer of the district concerned.
