What is different between Lease Deed and Rental Deed as per law ??

1. The difference is in the type of movable or immovable property.

In most cases, the rental deed indicates for immovable property and people say the lease deed as a rental deed. For movable properties, it is only an Agreement.  In most of the States, the lease deed is a compulsorily registerable document.  For movable property, registration is optional.
