Illegal and unauthorised use of premises

Ours is an old Hsg Socy registered under MCS Act. Independent car parking garages on the rear side given on L/L basis and being used for jewelry (repairs) works, ladies beauty salon and as godown for plumbing material. Owner of garages residing in the socy. Was a member earlier but sold the flat (w/o garages) and purchased another flat in our socy. He has not applied for transfer of membership. Owner obtained status-quo order from court against MMC 351 notice when he was a member. Owner has also never submitted to the socy any application or documents pertaining to L/L. Sources inform L/L agreements are unregistered. Under these circumstance what are the legal remedies available to our Socy besides intervening in the court case above?
