case disposed

What happen if the divorce case is disposed. my Lawyer says if case is disposed then the other party will again file the case against you & then u have to fight again all the cases.. please help me out on this is my lawyer misleading me or not...

Disposed means that the Case will no longer be heard in that courtroom and the reason must be given along with that.

Show the copy of judgment to another local prudent lawyer for better appreciation of order passed in your case, which you have concealed in your question.

'Disposed of' is to general an expression. What matters is the decision and the grounds thereof.
