Property

my father bought a property on my elder sister name( first child of the family) when the rest of siblings were either very small or not born, can the rest of the siblings claim that property?

depends whether he used ancestral funds or his own income in purchasing that property

Hello,

Your father can utilise his money as per his wishes. So if property is bought out of his own income in that case you and rest of silblings cannot claim the property.

He utilised his own funds and not ancestral, and he died without any will or any partition

If a person dies intestate, the property  divides in equal shares among all the legal heirs.
