Police didnt file charsheet

the I/o has not yet filed chargesheet of my case yet, what to do in mean time ?

charge sheet was required to be filed within 90 days from the date of arrest and as no charge sheet was filed within 90 days, He/she is entitled to bail under Section 21(2)(b) of MCOCA / Section 167(2) Cr.P.C.

324,448,498a and 34 this section, I have been booked under fake case against me !! I don't know y Indian law is made only to support women,y our law says only women are harrassed in India,there are so men like me who are harrassed my cheap women but struggling to get justice.

Hmm.. but while I tried for counter case ,the Officer in charge didn't listen infact he said it's 105/107 n shut the case ! so what do I do in this situation.
