I heard some one killed his own father lost his govt job, after case cancellation he govt the job again.
what if ipc 166, 166ab, 167,
166a congizable offence.
why police officers not file case against public servants?
what if I file above sections for corrupted govt officers?
revenue department.
will the liable for prosecution,
heard 166 case for SI in UP, who was mastubrated infront of female complaintant?
how law works with public servants.

I want to file a case on revenue officer for intentionally rejecting my application & provoking others on me.
Illegally changed documents I have every proof. But
higher officials not interesting to rectify.
If I want file a case under ipc 166,167
there is a CrPC 197 to get permission from higher officials.
how can I proceed?
