You can transfer the flat in favour of your daughter through a registered "Gift Deed".

Contact a local advocate for drafting a professional and meaningful gift draft deed that can safeguard your rights, protect your daughter's rights against exploitation by others etc.  The expenses are negligible when compared with future benefits.

1. Part or Full of your Self Acquired Property can be duly Gifted to Daughter, via stamp duty paid and registered Gift Deed. (in Maharashtra: Stamp Duty: 200/-  Registration Fees: 200/-).  This can be done without any consent /NOC from ANY other family members.
