How long does NDA last?

The standard use of NDAs ranges from 1-5years, although it really depends on the kind of transaction being entered into. However, some NDAs are in force for an indefinite period of time too. If the NDA has been signed for a term of certain number of years then it doesn't have to be signed every year.
