PWD land in front of my house is captured from past 30 years from a powerful family.
currently We Don't have way to go on main path due to this.
what is the process to remove encroachment.

1. IF you have not done anything "from past 30 years", THEN don't expect yourself to do anything after 30 years.

Either the encroachment was recent and not 30 years old as stated by you or
it is an imaginary and fabricated story.
However, lodge a complaint with local municipal/ panchayat authorities, if there is some truth in the story.
