a person has a land property
suit is pending in RDO court relating to this land. government has acquired the same land for project purpose. Dependent managed MRO and other official trying to get compensation though suit is pending in RDO Court. plaintiff take this matter land acquired officers etc. but nobody heard the words of plaintiff .
can plaintiff file suit in regular court. dependent and all government officer . section 80 notice was also served.
or
can file injunction to stop the compensation money.
