defiance of artical 20 (3)

A notice has been sent to my client by the ACBM court to give a voice sample by the ACB in which I have written Article of the Constitution 20(3) To take care of. Has submitted the answer in the court. That my client does not want to give voice sample can the court force us to give voice sample. What should I do?

if your client has accused you can take 20(3) in the said case, other than accused 

he is as witness, you should opey the court order.
