Rental agreement

what are the legal process to make a legal agreement.? Is the process can be done online ?

You get an agreement drafted on a prescribed stamp paper and then get it registered before sub-registrar. You can take online appointment before sub-registrar but all the parties to the agreement and witnesses will have to appear in person before the sub-registrar. There are number of types of legal agreements, what is the type of agreement ?

Be specific what agreement do you wish to execute and register.

The rent agreement has to be printed on appropriate valued stamp paper (Rs. 100/- in Delhi) and got it notarized or registered with area Sub-Registrar.

Online service for drafting and attesting or registration of rent agreement is not available .
