some public are obstructing public function and not letting public officials to clear the encroachment . As such inorder to have smooth functioning of the duty trouble mongers are to be binded over under 107 Cr.P.C
let me get my doubts clarified under 107 CrPC.
1. is it needed to have previous crime history to the trouble mongers?
2.what if the trouble mongers don't have any previous crime history
3. what happens after a case under 107 CrPC is registered?
Making it clear that Section 107 (security for keeping peace) of the CrPC can only be used to issue a warning, the Madras high court has held that no first information report (FIR) can be registered for any offence under the section.
