Property tax

Respected Members,

I need help in the property tax payment matter. So please help.

My Sister's Father In Law (Late Ram Prasad) expired 2 months earlier. And Ram Prasad has 2 sons,  elder one is already expired due to cancer before his father's Death.

Younger son ( Mr Nitin) is my sister's husband.

Now as this month is last date for the property tax payment in delhi.

So we are confused that Who can pay the property tax amount

Late Ram Prasad's wife  or sister's husband (Mr Nitin) or Mrs. Rajni (wife of deceased elder son)

As there is no will written by Late Ram Prasad. and Rajni has already filed a civil case for the property share in district court before death of Late Ram Prasad.

1. Property Tax can be paid by anybody, irrespective of ownership /relationship /whatever .... There is no bar to it.
