Legal notice

The advance money was given to the dalal self claimed as owner.he clearly said me that if there is lack of money then for the payment of whole plot money or if the money arrangement is not done within the stipulated time period of 2 months then the advance money will be returned but now it had already been completed almost 8 months,whenever I am asking for money he is scolding me in very arrogantly and carelessly.I have paid the advance money on 13-10-19 and 20-10-20.he is forcing me to purchase the flat and threatening me to beat.he is a dalal but self claiming as plot owner.
