There is no such marriage which may be termed as "mock marriage".
Fraud can be committed at any stage of marriage by either of the parties, whether residing in India or abroad.
What do you mean by NRI marriage ?
There is no scientific formula, rule or law to provide legal remedy and safeguard for solemanising marriage with Indian resident or NRI
