Can a petition filed with the court dismisses your complaint in SHRC ?

I have filed a complaint with SHRC. And I made efforts to withdraw the complaint. But SHRC didn't respond. So I filed a petition. How many days will it take for the petition to get admitted. Will the case be transferred to the court or the case will be closed after the dismissal of complaint.

The challenge before the Commission was to keep a tight grip on its disposal, so that pendency was not allowed to increase. See the case status on its website.
