Hi!

You may send them a legal notice followed by making a complaint before the appropriate forum under the consumer protection law. However, if the network is down on the ground of any vis major, or for situation beyond their control, (which is in most of the cases), then you may not get a favourable relief.

On the other hand, trying out the company's internal dispute resolution mechanisms may be easier. That is, making a formal complaint or sending a legal notice.

You may contact me with for full details for further consultation.

Thanks.

Try out by first solving the issue by contacting the customer care number of Vodafone. They will try to easily settle the matter and improve your services and may even guide you to their dispute redressal mechanism. However, if you do not get the required relief from there, you can always approach dispute redressal forum with your issue.
