WHAT KIND QUESTIONS ARE PUT TO ACCUSED U/S 313 BY THE MAGISTRATE? AND PROBABLE LIST OF THOSE QUESTIONS

The kind of question would depend upon the incriminting evidence tendered by the prosecution witness.  For example,  Prosecution witness has in his evidence stated that he saw you running away from the crime spot.  What have you to say? Questioning would be in this manner.
