Transfer of property / Bainama

hello everyone.
How aabadi land in rural area are demarcated in revenue officer /lekhpal record. Is it by the name of holder who is staying on that land.?
if it is not by the name then how transfer of property of Aabadi land takes place?

1. Residnetial Zone (aabadi land) or say NA land, can be demarcated ONLY by conducting Govt. Survey Report of the layout area and making relevant changes in the Revenue Records by the Town Planning Dept. (district Collector Office).

2. Transfer of Property,  can be conducted only in the Revenue Records (Tahsil office), via a Stamp Duty paid and Registered Sale Deed, by following due procedures of law.  A Local Property Lawyer;s help may be taken for the purposes.
