1. Meet a local Lawyer, who specialies in Criminal matters, alongwith details of the complaints under various sections, for guidance. It is just not possible to suggest solutions on half-baked queries.

Consult witha criminal lawyer in person. "they filed a case on the boy under different sections movie style ...." is purely vague and based on which NO legal remedy can be suggested.

Even if you are talking about a hypothetical situation and wants to save your friend in future, please talk to a lawyer with all factual details before things get ugly.

Yes, the posting is vague in the absence of material facts.

Whether FIR has been registered u/s 376/506 IPC and 66 e of IT Act as stated ?

The victim can be complainant in such incidents.

However, engage a lawyer to defend the boy/ accused, if FIR has been lodged.

Thank you ... Complaint filed by parents. The person is in remand.

Why does FIR status showing under investigation instead of in court remand / in remand? Any inputs will be welcome.

Thanks a lot for your help and assistance
