Sir - My Society is changing Rs. 2/- per square foot as Maintenance Charges per month. Over this charge, Builder is also levying 18% GST. The area of the flat is 1685 in Noida, U.P.
My query is that "Is GST @ 18% legal as per Service Tax Act" If the builder is right?
