Memorandum of Understanding

does Unregistered MOU have validity? Does it stands in High court?

Memorandum of understanding is a valid document. Value of document before any court depends on case.

Thank you for the reply...but the MOU was made in the year 1996..and it is not registered..will it be considered in the court?
