How much can be my interim order?

Dear All
my monthly income is Rs.35000

my home loan is Rs.15000
my monthly family mediclaim is Rs.1200
my LIC ( Term policy) is Rs.1000
my LIC ( Regular plan) is Rs.2000
my grandmother(80yrs) and mother(58yrs) depends on me, because my father is no more.

I haven't any children, my wife working in private company but yet unable to find any documents as evidence.

how much can be interim order for my wife?

please help.

1. Upto nearly 40% of your Salary, without taking into consideration all your expenses.

Who has gone to court for maintenance ,if wife she has to show sufficient grounds y she need maintenance if not no maintenance is provided by court.

Sir,

If your wife has approached the court for maintenance, she will have to specify the grounds she is using to claim so. if unable, the court shall deny her contention. also, the maintenance depends on your financial situation and that of the wfe also. it shall be decided as per the circumstances that make up the question of the facts of the case. it shall be decided as per the court and its discretion.
